To assure the healthy, secure, and successful growth of now and future audiences, by means of
collaborative efforts on the part of varied arts and non -arts communities from all demographic and
socio-economic levels; and to build  trans -generational  partnerships that  further integrate the arts into
mainstream society, by means of cooperative efforts that educate, improve communication and heighten
the  understanding and facilitation of music as a universal language that adds beauty to our lives.
