THE MUSICIANS:
Violinist - David Dillard started playing the violin at age three in Annandale, Virginia. After studying at
Julliard and Indiana University he joined the Savannah Symphony and later the Alabama Symphony. He
has been a member of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra since 1992. Chamber music has been a particular
interest of David for many years, and he is currently a member of the Allegro String Quartet. In addition, Mr.
Dillard has a studio of private violin students.
Violist - Adam Crane originally from Brooklyn, NY has enjoyed a successful and varied musical career. Mr.
Crane trained at the old school conservatory of Mannes College of Music, NYC, where he received his B.M.as
a double major, Viola performance and Music Composition, and went on to earn his M.M. and Post-
Graduate Professional Studies Certificate from Mannes. Adam has appeared as a concerto soloist, chamber
musician, conductor, lecturer and composer. Currently he is the artistic director of the Crane Classical Music
Society where he has an active teaching studio and holds seminars and concerts that encourage

‘Cellist - Meghan McGuire started playing the cello at the age of three. A Minneapolis, Minnesota
native, Meghan has performance degrees from San Francisco Conservatory where she studied with Bonnie
Hampton, and from Florida State University where she studied with Lubomir Georgiev. Closer to home,
Meghan plays with the Johns Creek Symphony and Savannah Philharmonic, and has performed with the
Atlanta Symphony and Atlanta Opera. She has a private teaching studio in Duluth and enjoys freelancing
throughout the area. Meghan and husband Louis Vitale have two sons, Nicholas and Luke. As a family they
share a love for gardening, exploring parks, and for animals. Meghan performs on a modern cello made by
David Folland.
